For Android mobile versión, from version 4.4 (Kit Kat), on iOS from version 12.

For Web version, it is optimized for Chrome, Mozilla and Edge browsers.

What are the minimum hardware requirements for the SDKs?

It is suggested for smart phones, at least a 5 megapixel front camera and an 8 megapixel back camera. For web, a camera with at least 720p is required in case it is only going to be used for facial validation, if you want to use document biometrics, then the camera must be a minimum of 1080p.

We have a datacenter in Tocancinpá – Cundinamarca (Colombia) and a backup in the city of Bogotá. However, if required, the information could be stored on client servers with the prior approval of ReconoSER ID.

Does the information encrypted?

Yes, all requests and responses are encrypted. The solutions incorporate a JWT that is verified each time the server receives a request, but additionally, encryption and GUID codes are incorporated that are validated each time you request something from the server.
